How are orders shipped?Items are usually shipped United Parcel Service, which automatically insures your purchases and allows easy tracking from the Catalog Sales Department to your doorsteps. Please keep in mind that UPS orders can only be delivered to a street address, not a post office box. How do International Clubs order through the Sales Catalog?We happily accept faxed credit card orders from all Pilot countries. Simply choose the method of shipping - regular or express. Depending on the country, express packages will arrive within 4-6 days after processing your order, if the item is in inventory and does not require personalization. Regular, or parcel post, will arrive within 2-6 weeks. Please remember to allow more time for personalized items. How do you order the correct size?When purchasing clothing items, simply order your normal clothing size. We have indicated those occasional items which run larger or smaller than expected in the item descriptions. We have tried to do everything we can to ensure that your clothing purchases will fit correctly. How to make extra revenue for your club or district?Pilot Districts can receive a percentage from the sale of Pilot supplies and emblem items to support community service efforts at District Fall Councils, Workshops and Conventions; as well as Anchor District and Regional Meetings and Conventions. Districts can order supplies on consignment and receive 10% of gross sales (excluding sales tax). Best of all, it's convenient and thrifty for the Pilot shopper as no shipping costs are involved! What are the methods of payment for orders?You may use your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card. An encrypted safeguard protects any financial transaction you make through this web site. You may also send your club or personal check for club/district supplies or have items charged to your club or district. Personal merchandise should be paid with check or credit card. What is the process for returning merchandise?Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If a return is made, let us know whether you would prefer an exchange, credit or refund. Please include the reason you're returning your merchandise as this information helps us to uphold our standards of quality. Remember that customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
