How can I get a convention registration form?A registration form is included in the January/February issue of the PILOT LOG and a copy is also mailed to club Presidents in the January Club Mailing. A copy may be printed from the Convention Documents section or you may request a copy from: Pilot Headquarters e-mail nellie@pilothq.org. You may also register on-line by clicking the Registration button in the Convention section. How do I make reservations at the convention hotel?You may register for a room at the hotel by clicking on the icon on the home page of the Pilot website. You may also contact the hotel by phone - 1-800-325-3535. Can I register at the convention site?Yes, but you will not receive the discounted registration fee. Also, your registering process will be much faster if you pre-register. Can I purchase extra banquet tickets for a friend or spouse?Yes, extra banquet tickets may be purchased as long as space is available.
How many delegates can a club have at international convention and who serves as the delegate?A club may have one delegate at the international convention. The incoming President serves as the delegate if the incoming President attends the convention, if not, the club will select a member of their club to represent the club.
